McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. - JLG Industries Inc., a leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telescopic material handlers, has announced the promotion of Rick Alton to vice president and general manager for JLG's Caterpillar Alliance Group.

Alton will be responsible for the continued growth and expansion of the Caterpillar Alliance Group and will continue to build on the successful global alliance with Caterpillar.

Alton began his career with JLG in 1996 as a product specialist. He has served as account manager, regional sales manager, and global sales and product support vice president for the CAG.

Eddie Jefferson was top real estate agent in settled volume and settled units; John Hamsher was top real estate agent for listed volume and units; Gary Glocker was top selling agent in volume; and Shanan Heckman and Brenda Byrnes were tied for selling units.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Panhandle Home Health Inc., a local home care agency, has hired Christina Johnson as director of resource development.

Johnson has worked for nonprofit organizations for more than 30 years, with 15 years in sales and development.
