A second man has been charged in a March 3 armed robbery outside of AC&T at 301 N. Burhans Blvd., Washington County District Court records show.
Tyler Lee Ware, 21, of 517 Hammond St. in Hagerstown, faces charges including armed robbery, first-degree assault and theft, according to court documents.
Ware was identified by a witness as the driver of a dark blue Lincoln involved in the robbery, according to charging documents filed by Hagerstown Police officer C.J. Mikash.
The victim of the robbery told police he was walking out of AC&T at about 9:30 p.m. when three men jumped out of the Lincoln, Mikash wrote. The victim said one of the men grabbed $61 from him, stuck a handgun to his side and told him to "flip pockets."
