Here's to Moms

I hope every mother had a nice Mother's Day. Mine was not too exciting, but with family out of state, it makes it hard. I did get phone calls, and for me, that is the next best thing I could have.

Our wishes go to our son, Chris, and our daughter-in-law, Natalie, on their 11th wedding anniversary May 14.

TOPS 446

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter 446 did not have a net loss for the week, yet there were members with some good losses.

Mary, the group's leader, continued with the Intuitive Eating Program. She suggested ways members can change their thinking about themselves and food.

Members were given homework and will be ready with answers and have lower numbers at the scales next week. This program is making members aware of how they handle food.

For more information about the group, call Tom or Mary at 301-797-2547 or call Judy at 301-797-9279.
