Washington Square United Methodist Church, 538 Washington Ave., Hagerstown, an outreach activity in the parking lot behind the church will be today from noon to 3 p.m.

The Christian Motorcyclists Association will be participating in the event. There will be food, a motorcycle show, judging of bikes in three classes, a blessing of the motorcycles followed by a short ride for the bikers, and then ice cream.

Proceeds from a love offering and the sale of hamburgers will go to a donation for a person needing help with medical bills.

Salem Ridge Mennonite Church, 441 Pensinger Road, Greencastle, Pa., events at a weekend men's retreat will begin Friday, May 16, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, May 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.


The speaker is Ken Hepner, pastor of Chambersburg Brethren In Christ Church, on the theme, Men of God Who Engage... Engaging with God, Engaging with Wife, Engaging in Spiritual Battle.

Worship will be led by Wes Strite. Pastries and coffee will be served from 8 to 9 a.m. Saturday. Lunch will be provided on Saturday at $5 per person.

Free-will offering will be received both days.

Cornerstone Church of Christ, The Grand Venice, 431 Dual Highway, Hagerstown, the Rev. David Platt will be leading revival services beginning Sunday, May 18, at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Services will continue May 19 to 22 at 7 nightly.

Dunker Church, Antietam National Historical Battlefield, Sharpsburg, area Brethren churches will hold a 300th anniversary of the Church of the Brethren commemorative worship Sunday, May 18, at 3 p.m. The service will include hymn singing, meditation, history and special music.

Participating congregations are Beaver Creek, Long Meadow, Broadfording, Manor, Brownsville, Sharpsburg, Downsville, Saint James, Gateway, Stone Bridge, Hagerstown and Welty.

Locust Valley Bible Church, 1323 Marker Road, Middletown, a Bible conference on Monday, May 19, at 7 p.m. will feature Pastor Bruce Gephart of Hagers- town speaking on Predestination.

The conference is sponsored by the Fellowship of Bible Churches.
