Washington County Library announces its Books of Month

Washington County Free Library has announced its monthly BookShare Notable Hardcover Fiction and Nonfiction Lists for May.

The titles featured on these lists are scheduled for publication during the month of May and can be borrowed from the library.

Among the titles featured on the fiction list is "A Dangerous Age." by Ellen Gilchrest (Algonquin Books of Chapel Hill), "The House on Fortune Street." by Margot Livesay (Harper), and "The Girl with No Shadow." by Joanne Harris (William Morrow).

In nonfiction, readers can look forward to "The Soloist: A Lost Dream, an Unlikely Friendship, and the Redemptive Power of Music." by Steve Lopez (Putnam), "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the White House: Humor, Blunders, and Other Oddities from the Presidential Campaign Trail," by Charles Osgood (Hyperion), and "The Pixar Touch: The Making of a Company." by David A. Price (Alfred A. Knopf).
