Liz Thompson, The Herald-Mail Co.'s Digital Director, will speak at the Boonsboro Library from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
Thompson will be speaking about plans for expanded local news coverage for the Boonsboro area on the paper's Web site.
The speaking engagement also will provide an opportunity for Boonsboro area residents to make suggestions regarding The Herald-Mail Web site, and how to improve news coverage on that platform.
The public is invited to attend and participate in the discussion. No advance registration is necessary.
