CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - A man accused of photographing a 17-year-old girl engaged in sexually explicit conduct was one of at least five people indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury convened Tuesday for the first day of the April term of circuit court.
Davin Dale Meyer, 42, of Annapolis, was indicted on 12 felony counts of photographing a minor engaged in any sexually explicit conduct for alleged activities between November 2005 and January 2006, according to a copy of the true bill released by Circuit Clerk Patricia A. Noland's office.
Also named in true bills released on Tuesday were:
· Joy J. Romaine, 24, of P.O. Box 22, Kearneysville, W.Va., on one felony count of forgery of a credit card and two felony counts of taking identity of another person in November and December 2006.
· Crystal Marie Marshall, 20, of Kearneysville, on two felony counts of conspiracy to commit an offense against the state in May 2007.
