ROUZERVILLE, Pa. - A passenger in an older-model Subaru Legacy was killed Monday when the car went off the side of Pa. 16 in Washington Township, Pa., and rolled onto its roof shortly after 3 p.m.

The car's driver was flown to York (Pa.) Hospital for treatment of injuries that police said did not appear to be life threatening.

The passenger - Clair C. Cullison, 70, of Emmitsburg, Md., - was pronounced dead at the scene at 4 p.m., Franklin County (Pa.) Coroner Jeffrey R. Conner said.

An autopsy has been scheduled for today at Lehigh Valley Medical Center in Allentown, Pa., Conner said.

He said Cullison was wearing a seat belt.

Washington Township police were investigating the accident and said speed did not seem to be a factor.

The eastbound blue car clipped the edge of a driveway for Sites Seemless Gutters, then traveled 90 feet as it crested an embankment and flipped, police said.
