Second part of business seminar set

The Technical Innovation Center at Hagerstown Community College will offer the second part of its seminar series addressing the major issues which all entrepreneurs face, from starting their business to handling opportunities and challenges that come with growth.

All seminars will be from 6 to 8 p.m. in the TIC, conference room 208.

Seminar topics include:

Tuesday, May 6 - How to Manage Growth Successfully

Tuesday, June 3 - Creating Business Alliances

The deadline to register for a seminar is the Friday prior to its start date. The cost for each seminar is $5, which includes materials and refreshments.

HCC planning bus trip to New York

The Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association is hosting a bus trip to New York City on Saturday, April 26.

The bus leaves HCC at 6:30 a.m. and returns at 11 p.m. Tickets cost $50 for HCC Alumni Association members and $55 for all others.

It includes roundtrip bus transportation, bus snack bags, drinks and door prizes.
