St. John's Episcopal Church, the Rev. Stephanie Yancy will preach Sunday at the 8 and 10:15 a.m communion services. At the later service, the new class of Stephen Ministers will be commissioned, and the parish choir will sing.

Sunday school classes for all ages begin at 9 a.m. including an adult forum led by Yancy on the topic Christian Perspectives on Aging, Part 2.

At 6 p.m., there will be a New Orleans style dinner in which the parish's mission team will share their experiences of a recent trip in the ongoing relief efforts in New Orleans.

St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Sunday at the 8:15 a.m. communion service and 10:30 a.m. service of the word, Pastor Quentin Fleming will preach on the topic, Follow the Good Shepherd.

Trinity Lutheran Church, Hagerstown, the Rev. Eric Norgard will be celebrant/preacher at the 8:30 a.m. contemporary service and the 10:45 a.m. traditional service Sunday. Jane Drawbaugh will be lay assisting minister. There will be communion.

Presanctified Gifts services are Wednesday at 7 p.m. (followed by a meal) and Thursday at 7 p.m.

Saturday at 10 a.m. is Divine Liturgy of Lazarus. A luncheon will follow.

Lenten fasting continues until the orthodox Easter on April 27.

Christ Reformed UCC in Cavetown, Pastor Carol Hallman will speak Sunday on the topic, The Lost Shepherd, at the 10:30 a.m. service.
