Comfort Inn in Greencastle robbed at gunpoint early today

GREENCASTLE, Pa. -- Pennsylvania State police this morning were investigating the robbery of a Comfort Inn off Exit 3 of Interstate 81.

A man went into the hotel, approached the desk clerk and showed a handgun, troopers said in a news release. The robber demanded money and fled after he got the money, troopers said.

The robber was described as about 6 feet tall and was wearing a black pullover hoodie, a nylon mask, black gloves, black pants and sneakers, troopers said.
