One of four suspects in a burglary Wednesday at a Sharpsburg Pike home was arrested and charged Friday, according to Maryland State Police.

Destiny Richele Danner, 18, of 20037 Mill Point Road in Boonsboro, was arrested at her home Friday, police said.

She was charged with 20 criminal counts, including armed robbery, robbery, burglary, felony theft, use of a handgun in commission of a felony, first- and second-degree assault, false imprisonment and conspiracy, according to a state police press release.

Charges and a warrant have also been obtained for Dustin Shawn Reyes, 20, in connection with the burglary.

Reyes is charged in the warrant with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree burglary, first- and second-degree assault, theft over $500 and other charges stemming from the intrusion at the home at 10003 Sharpsburg Pike that was interrupted when an acquaintance of the family saw intruders inside, Maryland State Police said Friday.

Reyes, whose last known address was on Emily Street in Hagerstown, is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police said several burglars forced their way into the home and were taking electronic equipment when a 16-year-old friend of the family arrived, troopers said in a news release.

The burglars assaulted and robbed the teenager, who was not injured, troopers said. The burglars took several firearms and other property from the home, troopers said.

Police are asking anyone with information to call the Maryland State Police at 301-739-2101.
