SYKESVILLE, Md. - Alexis Fisher had three hits, including a grand slam in the sixth, to lead Williamsport over Liberty 16-2 on Tuesday.

Kelly Beard had four hits and three RBI and recorded five strike outs in four innings of relief pitching. Kayla Ewing also contributed with three hits and three RBI for the Wildcats (2-0).

Hedgesville 10, Martinsburg 0

HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Jess Shirley pitched a complete-game three-hitter with nine strikeouts as Hedgesville shutout Martinsburg (2-4).

Sam Mumaw had two hits, including a double and a triple, while Sam Nazelrod had two hits, including a double for the Eagles (11-2).

Waynesboro 5, Northern 1

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Tara Ashway had two hits, an RBI and pitched a complete-game one-hitter with 14 strikeouts as Waynesboro beat Northern.

Mallory Wishard had three hits and three RBI, Erin Lisko had a home run and an RBI, while Autumn Phillips and Danni Miller had one hit and an RBI each for the Maidens (2-1).

Chambersburg 5, CD East 1

Jessica Miller had nine strikeouts, giving up only one run as Chambersburg earned its first victory of the season. Emmy Rine had two hits and 2 RBI for the Trojans (1-1).

Mercersburg Academy 1,Musselman 0

MERCERSBURG, Pa. - Cree Riley pitched a complete-game shutout recording 10 strike outs as Mercersburg won its opening game of the season. Riley also had two hits and the only RBI. Lauren Dobish contributed with one hit and a run scored for the Blue Storm.

Frankfort 3-3, Berkeley Springs 1-4

SHORT GAP, W.Va. - Berkeley Springs split a double header against Frankfort Tuesday night bringing its record to 4-7 on the season. In the first game, Sam Sahnow and Amanda Waltman had two hits each but fell to Frankfort 3-1. The Indians were lead by Waltman's two hits and two RBI in the nightcap to earn a 4-3 victory. Also contributing for the Indians was Katie Kesecker with two hits and one RBI.

Maret 12, St. James 7

WASHINGTON - Maret School scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to secure a win over the Saints in a Mid-Atlantic Conference game.

Brad Kretzer had a triple and two singles and drove in thee runs for St. James (1-2, 1-1). Grant McWilliams and Gino Rosignano each had two hits and McWilliams drove in a run.

Greencastle 12, Steel-High 0

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Evan Dixon, Brett Meyers and Joe Sellitto combined on a no-hitter with eight strikeouts as Greencastle shutout Steel High.

Cole Sellers had two hits, including a two-run homer and three RBI, while Jared Doyle had two hits and two RBI for the Blue Devils (1-3).

Chambersburg 11, CD East 1

COLONIAL PARK, Pa. - Tyler McDonald had three hits and scored two runs as Chambersburg beat CD East.

Zach Helm had two hits and three RBI, while Garrett Sanders and Ben Eby had two RBI each for the Trojans (1-1).

Waynesboro 21, Northern 3

DILLSBURG, Pa. - John Brunner had four hits and drove home three runs as Waynesboro beat Northern.

Jamison Walck had four hits, including a solo home run and three RBI, while Ian Ramsey and Brenton Kopecek had three hits each for the Indians (3-0).

Heritage 12, CVCS 2

Hamilton Stamper hit a two-run homer and struck out nine as Heritage Academy (1-0) beat CVCS.

Liberty 7, Williamsport 3

ELDERSBURG, Md. - Andrew Duff had two hits, including a triple, as Williamsport fell to Liberty.

A.J. Jamison hit a two-run homer for the Wildcats (1-1).
