Home Show 2008

The Home Builders Association of Washington County presents Home Show 2008. The show will feature about 185 vendors displaying their wares and services. There will be a kids zone with free sand art and foam art activities, and Lowe's will host clinics where children can build a wooden item for free each day at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Today, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hagerstown Community College's Athletic, Recreation and Community Center, Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown. $2; free for ages 12 and younger. Coin show

The Maryland Symphony Orchestra will present "Beethoven Lives Upstairs" for its annual MSO Family Concert. The performance features more than 25 excerpts of Beethoven's music.
