SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Liki Turner had 20 points and 12 rebounds as Shepherd lost to Wheeling Jesuit in the West Virginia Conference.

Justin Jarman posted a double-double with 15 points and 15 rebounds, while Jonathan Motichka had 11 points for the Rams (13-10, 7-9).

Duane Compo scored 18 points, Jhared Simpson had 15 points and 10 rebounds, Derek Wise had 13 points, while Adam McFerran had 10 points for the Cardinals (11-12, 6-10).

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Laura Harkins had 12 points, six rebounds, three blocks and three steals to lead Shepherd over Wheeling Jesuit in the West Virginia Conference.

Rebecca Frece had 11 rebounds for the Rams (17-5, 14-2), who won their eighth straight game.

Wash. County Girls Softball

The Washington County Girls Softball League will hold spring registration for elementary and middle school girls at Dick's Sporting Goods in the Centre at Hagerstown on Feb. 23 and March 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and at Extra Innings in Hagerstown this Saturday as well as Feb. 20 and Feb. 27 from 5 to 8 p.m.
