Downsville Church of the Brethren, this Sunday at 10 a.m., Pastor Wilkie Nunn will be speaking on the topic, Wasn't One Birth Enough? Rowland Litten is worship leader.

Unitarian Universalist Church, 13245 Cearfoss Pike, the Rev. Valerie Wills will speak at the 10:45 a.m. service this Sunday on Not Merely to Affirm.

The youth religious education classes, which also begin at 10:45 a.m., are focusing this month on the history of the church.

This Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m., walking meditation on two different labyrinths will be available free on the grounds of the church at 13245 Cearfoss Pike.

The indoor labyrinth is a Petite Chartres pattern, a smaller version of the 12th century labyrinth on the floor of the Chartres Cathedral in France. The outdoor labyrinth is the older Cretan pattern.

St. Paul's Reformed Church, east of Clear Spring, Pastor John Toms will speak on the topic, Forgiveness of Sin, at the 11 a.m. service this Sunday. The adult choir will sing.

St. Paul's Free Lutheran Church of Leitersburg, the Rev. Terry Culler will be speaking at the 10:30 a.m. communion service this Sunday. The topic is Garments of Grace.

Sunday school/Bible study is at 9:15 a.m.

On Wednesday there will be a 6:15 p.m. soup dinner followed by 7 p.m. worship where Culler will preach on the topic, Grace Alone.

Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren, Pastor Rachel Black's message at the 10 a.m. communion service this Sunday is The Road to Calvary Began in a Garden. Lois Bond is the worship leader.

Hagerstown Grace Brethren Church, Pastor Harald Bjerga will be speaking this Sunday at the 10:15 a.m. worship service. The topic is When Tradition Meets the Gospel, part of a series on the Passion of the Church.

First Christian Church, Senior Minister Fred Harris will be speaking at the 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. services this Sunday on the message, Marks of Discipleship: Prayer. The chancel choir and Gerry Philp will provide music.

Church of Christ at Hagerstown, 10014 White Hall Road, J.D. Slough will bring the message, Do Prayers Really Go Unanswered?, at the 10 a.m. service this Sunday.

Bible classes for all ages begin at 9 a.m.

Wednesday family hour includes a prayer meeting, Bible study of the Book of Exodus and children's classes, all at 7 p.m.

North Side Mennonite Church, the Rev. Gary Zook will speak at 10:30 a.m. this Sunday on the topic, Do You Believe in Love?

John Wesley United Methodist Church, the Rev. Richard Jewell will speak at the 10:30 a.m. service this Boy Scout Sunday on the topic, Donuts, Apples and Much More.

Hagerstown Church of the Brethren, a contemporary service with an informal approach to worship begins at 8:30 a.m. this Sunday and a traditional worship is at 11 a.m.

Tim Duffey from the Bridgewater College Deputation Team brings the morning message, The Fork in Road, at the 11 a.m. worship service.
