No. 3 Jefferson 53, No. 4 Hedgesville 43

SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va. -- Katie Danno had a game-high 17 points to lead Jefferson to a Potomac Valley Conference victory. Dakeea Marshall had 11 points and Nicole Himes chipped in 10 points for the Cougars (15-3).

Erin Breen had 10 points and Greyson Brooks scored nine for Hedgesville (13-5).

No. 6 Southern Fulton 66, Forbes Road 34

HUSTONTOWN, Pa. -- Chelsea Hollenshead scored 13 points to lead Southern Fulton over Forbes Road (8-15, 5-11) in the Sideling Hill League.

Kristen Petersen had 12 points, nine rebounds and three blocks, Brooke Whiteside had nine points and 10 assists, and Lacey Beatty had 10 points, five steals and three assists for the Indians (18-6, 12-4).

Berkeley Springs 48, East Hardy 47

BAKER, W.Va. -- Amber Booher scored eight of her team-high 10 points in the third quarter, in which Berkeley Springs outscored East Hardy 19-9 to take the lead before holding on for the victory.

Booher added eight rebounds, five steals and two blocks for the Indians (12-7), who overcame an early 12-point deficit with strong defense and balanced scoring. Booher iced the game by blocking East Hardy's final shot as time ran out.

Rebecca Trump had nine points and six rebounds, and Jess Haynes added nine points and held East Hardy's Holly Wilkins in check after she scored 13 of her 17 points in the first quarter.

Molly Look led all players with 18 points for East Hardy.

Shalom 49, New Life 14

MARION, Pa. -- Shalom Christian Academy raced to a 16-2 first-quarter lead and coasted to a win over New Life (0-18, 0-12) in the Mason Dixon Christian Conference.

Olivia Grove had 10 points for Shalom (12-9, 9-3).

Frederick Warriors 60, St James 51

SAINT JAMES -- Kimberly Passarelli had 23 points, 10 assists, nine rebounds and five steals to lead the Frederick Warriors over St. James.

Rebecca Reifsnider had 13 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks, Melissa Burriss had 13 points and four steals and Emily Welty had nine rebounds and four blocks for the Warriors (17-2).

Heather Lowery had 19 points and Caroline Salisbury added 10 for the Saints (6-15).

New Life 60, Shalom 48

MARION, Pa. -- Nathaniel Raber scored a game-high 28 points and had eight rebounds and four steals for Shalom Christian Academy in a Mason Dixon Christian Conference loss to New Life (11-9, 5-7).

Caleb Hussack had five blocks and Ben Forsythe and Cody Wise each had three assists for the Flames (13-7, 8-4).
