Where - The dog was lost in Sharpsburg between Taylor's Landing and Mondale Road.
When - The dog has been missing since Jan. 28.
Description - The female dog is described as a Chinese Shar-pei. The dog is tan and weighs between 50 and 60 pounds. It was not wearing a collar. It answers to the name Shyan.
