The rates for season passes have been changed for non-city residents at Claude M. Potterfield Pool.
On Tuesday, the Hagerstown City Council approved the following rate changes:
· Ages 3 to 4, $30
· Ages 5 to 12, $65
· Ages 13 to 61, $90
· 62 and older, $60
· Families up to five members, $150
The rates will remain the same for city residents.
