New rehabilitation program offered at Ravenwood
Ravenwood Lutheran Village will introduce its One Step Closer Rehabilitation program to the public from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24. A special dedication service will begin at 1 p.m. An open house with tours and special demonstrations will continue throughout the afternoon.
The new features will help seniors return home in less time and will help them deal with the challenges of daily living. Special demonstrations will include the therapy applications of the Nintendo Wii and the Dakim Power brain fitness program.

ADHD, hyperactivity seminar
Partners in Pediatrics near City Park in Hagerstown will hold a free 90-minute seminar on attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3. The seminar is for parents, grandparents, teachers, daycare providers and friends.
