No. 4 Musselman 58, Hampshire 49

INWOOD, W.Va. - J.D. Daniels posted a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds to lead Musselman over Hampshire.

Joshua Walters had 12 points and Jonathan Alvarez had 11 assists for the Applemen (10-1).

Robbie Miller had 15 points for Hampshire.

No. 6 Jefferson 71, Millbrook 65

WINCHESTER, Va. - Dewey McDonald had 21 points to help Jefferson hand Millbrook (12-1) its first loss of the season.

Vance Hosby had 20 points, 15 rebounds and three blocked shots for the Cougars (7-3).

Peddie 57, Mercersburg 44

HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. -Brett Burrier scored 19 points and Ayaye Dean added 14 as Mercersburg Academy (3-8, 1-2) lost a Mid-Atlantic Prep League contest to Peddie School (9-7, 3-2).

J. Buchanan 60, Living Word 49

MERCERSBURG, Pa. - Kace Worrell came off the bench and scored nine of his 13 points in the pivotal third quarter as the Rockets turned it up a notch in the second half to defeat Living Word.

Trailing 29-24 at halftime, James Buchanan (6-12) outscored Living Word (8-10) 19-8 in the third quarter and 17-12 in the fourth. Kris Potter's 3-pointer broke a 31-31 tie and the Rockets never trailed after that.

Potter finished with 14 points, while Macke Hall had 12 points, six rebounds and three steals for JB. Worrell had six rebounds.

No. 2 Jefferson 67, No. 5 Musselman 62

SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va. - Katie Danno went 9-for-10 from the foul line in the fourth quarter to help Jefferson rally to beat Musselman.

The Cougars (12-1) were 17-for-21 from the foul line in the final period, helping erase a six-point deficit.

Dakeea Marshall had 16 points and 19 rebounds and Aissa Diehl added 14 points for Jefferson. Danno finished with 12 points and seven rebounds and Dezirea Clinton had seven rebounds.

Lacey Williams had 26 points and Nikki Stephenson added 10 for Musselman (9-4).

Peddie 77, No. 6 Mercersburg 28

HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. - Peddie School rolled to a 28-6 first-period lead and never looked back on Mercersburg Academy (6-7, 1-2) in a Mid-Atlantic Prep League contest.

Caroline Lovette paced the Blue Storm (6-7, 1-2) with 10 points.

Montrose Christian 57, No. 6 Mercersburg 48

ROCKVILLE, Md, - Joy Bettis had 15 points and Cassandra Hill had 14 points as Montrose Christian beat Mercersburg Academy on Friday.

Caroline Lovette scored 14 points, while Lauren Dobish added 13 for the Blue Storm.

Berkeley Springs 46, Frankfort 42

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Amber Booher had 17 points and nine rebounds to lead Berkeley Springs over Frankfort (5-3).

Alex Tamez had 13 points and three assists and Jess Haynes had eight points and three steals for the Indians (9-4).

McConnellsburg 34, Greencastle 24

McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. - Michelle Baker posted a double-double with 11 points and 10 steals to go along with five rebounds as McConnellsburg beat Greencastle.

Erin Chafardon had 11 points for the Spartans (7-8).

Erica Marshall and Rebecca Rider had six points each for the Blue Devils (4-15).

Reilley wins for No. 5 Leopards

SILVER SPRING, Md. - Smithsburg's James Reilley won the 135-pound weight class at the Grapple at the Brook tournament at Springbrook, leading the Leopards to a fourth-place finish out of 16 teams.

Monica Hovermale (103) and Tyler Scott (189) each placed second for Smithsburg, while Brandon Knight (152), Alex Akers (160), Dan Rinebolt (171) and Dave Ridenour (215) each placed third and Nieko Akers (140) was sixth.

Skubon wins again

WAYNE, Pa. - Mercersburg Academy's Garrick Skubon won his third tournament title of the year, capturing the 135-pound championship at the Cadet Invitational at Valley Forge Military Academy.
