Man pleads guilty to downloading porn on government computer

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A Jefferson, Md., man pleaded guilty Monday to federal charges accusing him of downloading child pornography on his government computer at the U.S. Post Office, according to a news release from the office of U.S. Attorney Sharon L. Potter.

Lorenzo Leak, 55, could face a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

As part of his plea, Leak agreed to pay restitution of $13,509.77 for U.S. Post Office money orders which he converted to his own use, the U.S. Attorney's Office said in the release.

Leak was free on bond Thursday.
