Nominations sought for W.Va. ag hall of fame

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Nominations are being sought for the West Virginia Agriculture and Forestry Hall of Fame.

This honor is bestowed only on those who have lived in West Virginia, had a long tenured association with agriculture, forestry and family life, have made outstanding, direct contributions to those industries and demonstrated the highest standards of leadership and contribution on a local, state, national and international level.

Selected nominees will be enshrined during the recognition dinner in July.

The hall of fame is a program of the West Virginia Agriculture and Forrestry Hall of Fame Foundation, which is an incorporated, independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization.
