After-school program

Participants do warm-ups with the Ballet and All That Jazz dance group in the Afternoon Arts Program at Memorial Recreation Center recently. The program began Jan. 3 at the center on North Avenue in Hagerstown. If you know of a youth who would like to participate in the program, call Memorial Recreation Center at 301-790-0203.
