TOWSON, Md. - James Davenport scored 22 points, leading Loyola Blakefield to a 61-59 overtime victory over St. Maria Goretti in the Baltimore Catholic League on Friday.

Matt Rum had 12 points and Brandon Floyd added 11 points for Loyola (10-2, 3-2).

Kevin Breslin had 21 points and John Duhring added 10 points to lead the Gaels (6-9, 2-5).

Frederick 77, North 57

FREDERICK, Md. - Joe Mattei had 16 points and seven rebounds to lead North Hagerstown in an MVAL Piedmont loss to Frederick.

Allen Sandberg added 12 points and Brent Bell had 11 points, 10 rebounds and three steals for the Hubs (5-6, 2-2).

E.J. Logan scored a game-high 20 points, including 15 in Frederick's 29-point third quarter, to lead the Cadets (5-6, 2-2).

Walkersville 59, South 47

WALKERSVILLE, Md. - Jabari Brown scored 20 points as Walkersville (8-2, 3-0) beat South Hagerstown in the MVAL Piedmont.


Alvin Roberson had 16 points, Shane Santell had 12 points and Tywan Lee had 14 rebounds for the Rebels (4-8, 0-3).

Boonsboro 73, Catoctin 70

THURMONT, Md. - Seth Poffenberger scored a game-high 22 points to help Boonsboro edge Catoctin (2-7, 1-3) in the MVAL Antietam.

Shane Zbir had 18 points and 10 rebounds and Tyler Walsh also had 10 rebounds for the Warriors (2-9, 1-3).

Brunswick 62, Clear Spring 48

CLEAR SPRING - Bret Turner had 13 points and Kyle Crist added 12 for Clear Spring in an MVAL Antietam loss to Brunswick.

Keith Gilchrist had nine points and four assists and Brandon Glazer had seven rebounds for the Blazers (7-3, 2-2).

Andrew Simpson had 21 points and Justin Stone had 15 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Railroaders (5-5, 3-1).

Keyser 74, Berkeley Springs 47

KEYSER, W.Va. - Preston Hartman scored 26 points and Jeremy Green added 21 to lead Keyser (5-5, 2-0) over Berkeley Springs in the Potomac Valley Conference.

Joseph Wright led Berkeley Springs (2-9, 1-1) with 17 points and Ryan Redick and Michael Twigg each added eight points.

Scotland 68, Waynesboro 51

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Byron Johnson scored 15 points, helping Scotland earn its fifth Mid-Penn Capital victory of the season. Khalid Greshman added 14 points for Scotland (9-2, 5-1).

Tim Null lead all players with 23 points for Waynesboro (7-8, 4-3). Aaron McKenzie had 11 points and Terrell Rickard scored 10.

Southern Fulton 48, McConnellsburg 33

WARFORDSBURG, Pa. - Jeremy Clingerman had 10 points, four rebounds and four assists as Southern Fulton beat McConnellsburg in the Sideling Hill League.

Jess Smartt and Josh Wertz each had nine points, while Luke Mellott had seven points and nine rebounds for the Indians (10-5, 7-1).

Ryan Defibaugh had 10 points for the Spartans (9-5, 4-3).

Heritage 65, Broadfording 52

Steven Barthalow lead a balanced Heritage Academy attack with 22 points as the Eagles earned their eighth straight Mason Dixon Christian Conference victory.

Hamilton Stamper had 16 points, seven rebounds and seven blocks for Heritage (9-2, 8-0). Andrew Hendershot scored 12 points and Cody Butts chipped in with 11 points for the Eagles.

Devin Gourdine had 17 points and Andrew Park scored eight points for Broadfording (8-7, 5-2).

Calvary 54, Grace 51

Caleb Serafini had 15 points and eight rebounds and Chris Reiff added 11 points for Grace Academy in a Mason Dixon Christian Conference loss to Calvary Christian (5-6, 2-6).

Kenny Frederickson had 10 points, Zack Morgan had eight points, six assists and five steals and Keith Sandell had eight rebounds for the Knights (0-12, 0-8).

CVCS 63, Faith Christian 38

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Cumberland Valley Christian had four players score in double digits in an MDCC victory over Faith, led by Scott Levy's 17.

Charles McBeth, Andrew Larson and Tyler Larson each scored 12 points for CVCS (10-4, 5-2).

Brandon Hoy had 22 points and nine rebounds to lead Faith (3-8, 2-6).


No. 1 Waynesboro 54, Scotland 39

SCOTLAND, Pa. - Mallory Wishard had a double-double with 23 points and 16 rebounds to lead Waynesboro to a Mid-Penn Capital victory.

Jenna Lininger pitched in with 10 points and five assists for the Maidens (12-1, 7-0).

Shanei Williams scored 20 points to lead Scotland (1-12, 1-6).

No. 5 Musselman 83, John Marshall 76

GLENDALE, W.Va. - Lacey Williams had 31 points and five assists to lead Musselman over John Marshall.

Nikki Stephenson had 22 points, Morgan Harms had 12 points and Jenn Ashton added 12 points and five assists for the Applemen (9-2).

Boonsboro 53, Catoctin 31

BOONSBORO - Brynn Arnone posted a double-double with 24 points and 15 rebounds as Boonsboro defeated Catoctin in the MVAL Antietam.

Katie Neiman had nine points, Courtney Silvis had three assists and Katie Marshall had six points and seven rebounds for the Warriors (6-4, 4-0).

Tara Stackhouse and Kayla Opel each had seven points for Catoctin (3-6, 1-3).

BRUNSWICK, Md. - Meagan Price scored 10 points to lead Clear Spring in an MVAL Antietam loss to Brunswick (6-6, 3-1).
