MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Three people recently pleaded guilty to federal charges in U.S. District Court in Martinsburg, W.Va., according to U.S. Attorney Sharon L. Potter.

· Dewayne Lamont McGregor, 25, of Norfolk, Va., pleaded guilty Monday to using a firearm in connection with a crime of violence. He struck an employee with a pistol and demanded money at Paesano Pizza in Berkeley County, W.Va. June 17, but was apprehended as he fled, Potter said. He was in custody Thursday and could face a maximum penalty of seven years to life in prison and a fine of as much as $250,000.

· Dawn Amber Laidler, 20, of Winchester, Va., pleaded guilty Wednesday to possessing cocaine hydrochloride with intent to distribute on April 25. She is free on bond and could face a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of as much as $1,000,000.

· Willie Lee Mosley, 53, of Baltimore, pleaded guilty Jan. 4 to distributing heroin on Nov. 3, 2005, in Kearneysville, W.Va. He was in custody Wednesday and could face a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of as much as $1,000,000.
