Pageants seek contestants

The Mrs. Maryland International Pageant is seeking Mrs. Washington County International 2008 to compete in the Mrs. Maryland International Pageant. The pageant will be held April 5, in Queen Anne's County. The contestants will compete in personal interview, aerobic wear and evening gown. ยทThe Miss Teen Maryland International Pageant is seeking Miss Teen Hagerstown International 2008 to compete in the Miss Teen Maryland International Pageant. The pageant will be held April 5, in Queen Anne's County. The contestants will be competing in personal interview, aerobic wear, fun fashion wear and evening gown. The next "Fridays at the Library" for home-schooled students will be held Friday, Jan. 11, in B/C meeting room at Washington County Free Library, 100 S. Potomac St., Hagerstown. Students will learn how to draw cartoons and will create their own 2008 cartoon calendars.
