Interfaith Roundtable to discuss prejudice

January 05, 2008

Can prejudice be eliminated? That question will be at the crux of an interfaith roundtable Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Washington County Free Library.

Sponsored by the Interfaith Coalition of Washington County, the roundtable will feature Paula Myers and Celeste Dixon, who will address the topic of the elimination of prejudice.

The roundtable is part of a continuing series of discussions on matters of belief and worship and how understanding the traditions of different faiths and building an interfaith community can be a point of departure for eliminating prejudices and unifying mankind.

Refreshments will be served. The event is free.

For questions and reservations, contact the Rev. Ed Poling at 301-733-3565.
