December 29, 2007

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Zumba, the popular new fitness craze based on Latin music and dance, has been added to Wilson College's spring personal enrichment class offerings. The first class will begin Jan. 28.

Zumba combines high-energy, motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away stress. The class is geared for women and men.

"I guarantee that once you try Zumba, you will be hooked," said Sandy Heckman, a certified Zumba instructor who will teach the class at Wilson.

Classes are scheduled for 6 to 7 p.m. Mondays from Jan. 28 through March 24 in Laird Hall. The class is limited to 20 people and the cost is $40 per person.
