William Woullard, 18708 Ginseng Lane, Keedysville, one-story single-family modular dwelling (1,683 square feet) on poured foundation with full basement to include a two-car garage under, integral front porch, no rear porches at this time.

Second Lakeside Assoc., 11315 Hawthorne Court, Hagerstown, 26'8"x52' double-wide mobile home (1,386 square feet) with a covered side epoch (233 square feet ), one (24-square-foot) deck on the front and one (15 square-foot) deck on the rear, 2008 Fleetwood.
