Tickets are still available for Thursday evening's 2007 Utility Relief Benefit Concert at The Maryland Theatre in Hagerstown.

Councilwomen Penny M. Nigh and Alesia Parson-McBean said the event will be held to raise money to help people pay their utility bills this winter.

The show, which begins at 7 p.m., will feature performances by opera singer William Clarence Marshall III and several local choirs.

Parson-McBean said she would like to make the concert an annual event.

Tickets cost $10 and may be purchased by calling City Hall at 301-739-8577, ext. 116, or the Washington County Community Action Council at 301-797-4161.
