Lighting up the night

Soft light poured through decorative snowflake patterns in 10 white paper bags outside 1142 The Terrace Sunday night as part of Neighborhoods 1st's annual Night of Lights display. Strong winds made lighting luminarias risky Sunday, but residents here used a string of electric lights to avoid a fire hazard.
