Christmas open house at Renfrew

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Enjoy the candlelit setting of the museum house with guitar music by Dan Mack and dulcimer music by Terry Mussellman today and Saturday. In the visitor center today, Penn National Singers will perform from 6 to 7 p.m. and Mia Hoover will play cello from 7 to 8 p.m.; Saturday, Church of the Brethren handbell choir will perform from 6 to 7 p.m., and Ed Miller will tell stories from 7 to 8 p.m. 6 to 8 p.m. today; 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Cowboy Christmas

Antietam Recreation's Old-Fashioned Cowboy Christmas features beef dinner, cowboy activities and drama featuring champion roper Andy Rotz. The Trains of Christmas

WAYNESBORO, Pa - The historical society's Victorian house will glow with candles in every window and boughs of greenery. Antietam Humane Society open house

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Christmas open house. Antietam Humane Society Shelter staff and volunteers will provide tours of the shelter and answer questions. Refreshments will be served. Guests are invited to bring their feline and canine companions to the open house for photos with Santa. Pet sitters will be available and all proceeds from the Santa photos will benefit the AHS spay/neuter program. Donations to the shelter will be accepted throughout the day. 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
