The Washington County Commission on Aging offers noon lunches to anyone 60 years and older at seven locations - Hancock, Smithsburg, Keedysville, Williamsport and three in Hagerstown.
A two-day reservation notice is required and a donation is asked per meal. For information, call 301-790-0275.
Weekly menu
Wednesday - Lasagna with meat sauce, garden salad, fruit cocktail, Texas toast and milk.
Thursday - Turkey and cheese sub with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, white bean and potato soup, coleslaw, banana and milk.
Friday - Breaded catfish, butter beans, California-blend vegetables, applesauce, whole-grain bread and milk.
Monday - Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, peaches, whole-grain bread and milk.
Tuesday - Chili con carne, rice, nutless Waldorf salad, pears, corn muffin and milk.
