Found - Dark gray cat.
Where - The cat was found in the St. James North area off Sharpsburg Pike.
When - The cat has been in the area for about three weeks.
Description - The female cat is mostly gray, but has some beige spotting. The short hair cat was wearing a faded red collar and a purple heart and bell which included the cat's name, Malibu.
