Party City

Party City, a party supply retailer, has opened a 12,000-square-foot store in the Shoppes at Hagerstown on Garland Groh Boulevard.

At its recent grand opening ceremonies, the Party City franchise donated a $500 gift certificate to the Boys and Girls Club of Washington County. Steve Needy manages the store.

Store hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tower Bancorp

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - The board of directors of Tower Bancorp Inc., at an Oct. 10 meeting, declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of 28 cents per share.


That is 7.7 percent higher than the 2006 fourth quarter dividend.

The dividend will be paid on Nov. 16 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 1.

Grove Resource Systems

FREDERICK, Md. - Grove Resource Systems Inc. was selected as a services provider to the United States Army Medical Material Agencies (USAMMA). The IT, engineering, and logistics firm was selected to support sustainment, readiness, and modernization of the Army's medical force.

Working onsite at Fort Detrick in Frederick, Grove will play an active part in the agency's mission within The Army Campaign Plan and Army Transformation.

Real Living Metro West Realty

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Real Living Metro West Realty has unveiled its revamped Web site - - with changes designed to further enhance visitors' digital experience.

The Web site was visually redesigned to provide more browsing options and to provide more content with reduced scrolling.

In addition to layout adjustments, buyers and sellers will have access to the company's agents and its Martinsburg office on the home page. The site also provides for detailed map searches and enhanced property pages that feature rotating slide shows of property photos and improved agent presence, among other things.
