School lunch menus for the week of Monday, Nov. 5, through Friday, Nov. 9:

Washington County

Monday - Shrimp poppers or Cuban pork on whole-grain bun, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli and pears. Secondary also may choose bean soup.

Tuesday - Chicken patty on whole-grain bun or tuna salad sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, and peaches. Secondary also may choose cream of vegetable soup.

Wednesday - Steak and cheese sub with fixins' or hot dog, fresh vegetables, baked beans and pineapple. Secondary also may choose noodle soup.


Thursday - Soft or crunchy tacos with salsa or turkey and cheese sandwich, red beans and rice and fresh fruit. Secondary also may choose chili.

Friday - Chef Boyardee beef ravioli with Texas toast or meatball sub, garden salad, Italian ice and applesauce. Secondary also may choose minestrone.

Berkeley County, W.Va.

Monday - Grilled chicken patty on bun, lettuce and tomato, potato rounds, applesauce, cookie choice and milk.

Tuesday - Salisbury steak with gravy, whipped potatoes, tossed salad, homemade whole-wheat roll, fruit and milk.

Wednesday - Chicken nuggets, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, baked potato, fresh fruit, whole-wheat roll and milk.

Thursday - Sloppy Joe on bun, creamy coleslaw, baked beans, fruit, oatmeal raisin cookie and milk.

Friday - Pizza, garden salad with dressing, peas, chilled fruit and milk.
