Berkeley County Republican annual Eisenhower Day dinner

BRIARWOOD, W.Va. - Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, 6 p.m., Bethel Pentecostal Assembly of God, 2018 Tavern Road. All interested persons are invited to attend. All Republican presidential candidates have been invited and representatives from the following campaigns have been secured: Giuliani, McCain, Romney and Thompson. Mont Alto Historical Society

MONT ALTO, Pa. - Meeting, Thursday, Nov. 8, 7 p.m., Borough Hall. Plans are underway for the Society to clean up the Chestnut Springs site as well as a trip to Oak Knob Observatory.

On Saturday, Nov. 10, there will be a Veterans Day ceremony at the Recreational Park on Spruce Street in Mont Alto. Representative Todd Rock and Capt. Jared Auhey, U.S. Army, will speak.
