Apple Butter Festival

Hagerstown Speedway

Octoberfest 350. Qualifying for all four divisions will be held Saturday. BB modified, SB modified and LM 100 lap each plus 50-lap sprints. Saturday and Sunday, noon. Mummers Parade

About 200 units will be entered in the 83rd Alsatia Mummers Parade. The parade starts in the city's North End and disbands at South Hagerstown High School, and is expected to last about three hours. Saturday, 7 p.m. Along Potomac Street, from Charles Street to Wilson Boulevard. $5 for bleacher seats in front of Bester Elementary School. $8 to reserve chairs along the parade route at North End, Public Square and Bester.
