October 23, 2007|By HEATHER KEELS

"Rubbernecking" might have led to an accident that blocked an eastbound lane of Dual Highway near Manor Drive at about 4 p.m. Monday while police investigated a bank robbery, a Maryland State Police trooper said.

A Dodge Durango and a Pontiac Montana were stopped at a stoplight when a Ford Escape hit the back of the Durango, sending it into the Montana, police said.

One person was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said.
