Shepherdstown Men's Club seekingbooks of all kinds for used book sale

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Shepherdstown Men's Club is seeking books for its annual fall book sale, which will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, and Sunday, Nov. 18, at the Men's Club building on German Street.

Fiction, nonfiction, adult and children's books are being sought. Encyclopedias, Reader's Digest condensed books, textbooks, computer manuals and magazines will not be accepted.

All proceeds from the sale will be used to support the programs of Shepherdstown Men's Club.

Deliver books to the Men's Club building any morning the week before the sale, between 9 a.m. and noon Monday, Nov. 12, through Friday, Nov. 16. Donors who can't wait until then can call Charles Freeland at 304-876-6706 to make arrangements to have books picked up by the Men's Club.
