Hagerstown Fly-In

During the two-day Hagerstown Fly-In and Fairchild Family Reunion, Hagerstown Aircraft Services will be available so the public can see how aircraft are repaired, maintained and painted. Children ages 8 to 17 will have the opportunity to fly in a small plane free of charge. Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hagerstown Aircraft Services at Hagerstown Regional Airport. Family festival

Apple Butter Festival

The 34th annual Apple Butter Festival will feature at least three kettles providing fresh apple butter and at least nine groups selling ready-made apple butter. Market Day

Mainstreet Waynesboro Inc. Market Day features live music by Dave Snader, The Wayne Band, Borough Boogie Pickers, Home Comfort Blue Grass and Dime Store Profit. Harvest Hoedown

Activities include making scarecrows, painting pumpkins, horse and wagon rides, children's games, silent auction and purple cow bingo. There will be crafts, food and gospel music. Street fair

The First Saturday Street Fair will feature local artists, artisans, crafters, music and vendors. Scarecrows will be on display.
