New signal installed on Garland Groh Boulevard

A new traffic signal has been installed on Garland Groh Boulevard at its intersection with Hagers Crossing Drive, according to a City of Hagerstown press release.

The intersection is at the main entrance to the new Shoppes at Hagerstown shopping center, according to the release.

The lights on the signal have been programmed to flash until Tuesday, when the signal will be put into full operation, according to the release.

Motorists approaching the intersection should be prepared to stop at the signal, and should exercise caution when passing through the intersection until they become fully aware of the signal, according to the release.
