CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Cheryl Oyler, OTR/L, CHT, has joined the staff of Physical Therapy, etc.

Oyler graduated from Elizabethtown College with a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy. She is certified as a hand therapist. Her work with Physical Therapy, etc. includes occupational therapy for patients of all ages. She works in the Physical Therapy, etc. clinic at 1007 Wayne Ave. as well as in Chambersburg area schools.

Bonnie "Missie" Zeger, OTR/L, has joined the Physical Therpay, etc. staff

Zeger graduated from Penn State Mont Alto with a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy. Her work currently focuses on pediatric occupational therapy in Chambersburg Area Schools.

Century 21 Sterling Realty

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Century 21 Sterling Realty announced that Rick Boswell has received his real estate broker license for West Virginia.

He will continue to specialize in residential property sales in the Eastern Panhandle and surrounding areas.

Boswell, who lives in Berkeley County, W.Va., has obtained the designations of accredited buyers representative (ABR), CENTURY 21 Golbal Referral Network (CGRN), and certified residential specialist (CRS).

He will work as an associate broker at Century 21 Sterling Realty in Martinsburg.

Plamondon Enterprises Inc.

Plamondon Enterprises Inc. has announced the promotion of David Whitesell to general manager.

Whitesell joined The Plamondon Companies as an hourly associate in 1988 and was promoted to assistant manager in August 2005. He most recently was a member of the opening team for the company's new Roy Rogers in Ranson, W.Va.

Colonial Supplemental Insurance

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Steven Pace has been named agency development manager for the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia for Colonial Supplemental Insurance.

In his new position, Pace is responsible for helping build a sales team to market Colonial's products, programs and services in the area.

Pace has 12 years of experience in the benefits industry. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut.

Keystone Ford

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Aldian Martin, CEO of Keystone Ford in Greencastle, recently celebrated his 25th year as a Ford dealer.

Martin purchased the former Greencastle Ford dealership in July 1982. In October 2006, he purchased the Crest Ford dealership in Chambersburg and renamed it Keystone Ford of Chambersburg, Pa.

He also owns and operates Keystone RV Center in Greencastle.

MONT ALTO, Pa. - Tim Radio has been appointed the Division of Undergraduate Studies programs coordinator as well as director of the Advising Center at Penn State Mont Alto.

The Division of Undergraduate Studies advises students who want to explore the university's academic opportunities before deciding on a field of study or are transitioning from one college or major to another. Radio is responsible for the enrollment and academic advising of students in DUS as well as implementing the first-year testing, counseling and advising program for new students.

As director of the Advising Center, Radio serves as an academic adviser for nondegree and provisional students as well as students enrolled in academic programs that are completed at other Penn State campuses.

Radio, of Fayetteville, Pa., has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Penn State and a master's degree in counseling from Shippensburg University.

W.Va. Chamber of Commerce

CHARLESTOWN, W.Va. - Clarence E. "CEM" Martin III, a partner with Martin & Seibert L.C. in Martinsburg, W.Va., has been elected to succeed Linda Kay Wellings, president of MPL Corp., as chairperson of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

Martin was elected by the board of directors during the Chamber's annual meeting, held Aug. 29-31 at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.

Prudential Franklin Associates, Realtors

Prudential Franklin Associates, Realtors announced that real estate agents James Kuchta, of Broad Street, Chambersburg, Pa., and Angela St. Clair, Stillhouse Hollow Road, Shippensburg, Pa., were top agents for August.
