CSX is expected to repair a railroad crossing on Oak Hill Avenue from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. A full repair of the tracks is planned for next year, according to a City of Hagerstown press release.
The road will be closed at the railroad tracks to all traffic.
