Ruritan Club Show

MERCERSBURG, Pa. - Two Top Ruritan Club Show will feature truck pulls, pedal pulls, tractor pulls, a lawn mower pull and a garden tractor pull. There also will be a flea market and crafts. 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. today through Sunday. Events include threshing wheat, baling and sawing wood; also antique gas engine displays. Sharpsburg festival

SHARPSBURG - The festival includes a town history display, crafts, demonstrations, tours of Antietam Battle Hospital, bands, a remembrance ceremony and a battle of the bands. In the evening, there will be a pig roast picnic, a concert, and an alley walk with a fife and drum corps. The festival begins at 9 a.m. Saturday. Square and South Mechanic Street.

Canal-Apple Days
