Al-Anon/Alateen groups

Leukemia and lymphoma support

John R. Marsh Cancer Center and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Maryland Chapter, sponsor a support group for patients and families affected by blood cancer. Open to all those affected by leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, MDS, or myeloma. Meetings held at John R. National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

The support group's mission is to educate and inform residents of Washington County about mental illness and to support and advocate for individuals with mental illness and their families and caregivers. The group consists of long-term and short-term survivors as well as some individuals currently undergoing treatment.
