Groundbreaking moments

Groundbreaking ceremonies were held this year for three new schools in Washington County.

Third-graders at Pangborn Elementary School participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for a new school.

Ground was broken for the new Rockland Woods Elementary School in the Westfields development.
