The Greensboro Grasshoppers prospered from the errors of the Hagerstown Suns' ways on Saturday.
Greensboro scored four unearned runs with the help of two of Michael Martinez's three errors to post a 6-4 victory.
Martinez's fielding error on Jake Blackwood's grounder in the third allowed two runs and erased Hagerstown's 1-0 lead.
The Grasshoppers extended the lead to 4-1 in the fourth before a Martinez throwing error. Spike McDougall followed with a two-run homer to finish the four-run rally for a 6-1 lead.
Suns starter Erik Arnesen, who allowed only two earned runs in 4 2/3 innings, took the loss.
Hagerstown scored a run in the first on Trevor Lawhorn's RBI double and added three in the fifth, keyed by Francisco Plasenca's two-run homer, his 13th of the season.
