African-American festival

A three-day celebration of African-American culture in the Eastern Panhandle. A youth extravaganza will be today at 7 p.m. at the Betty Roper Auditorium. Saturday's highlights include a parade at noon beginning on South George Street; Karl Miller Gospel Revue from 4 to 5 p.m. on the stage; The Orioles at 7 and 8:15 p.m. at the festival grounds; and youth block dance from 9 to 11 p.m. at the festival grounds. The third annual Rouzerfest features a parade from Midvale Road to Red Run Park at 9 a.m., a car cruise-in, family-oriented activities, entertainment, community craft displays and food vendors. Bike Night

Starts in Winchester, Va., and ends in Martinsburg.
